How CBI investigation is biased
by pavithra on Mar 13, 2012 09:28 AM  | Hide replies

The present biased and vindictive investigation being carried out by AP-CBI at the behest of Congress High Command to torture Jagan Mohand Reddy is once again exposed openly. When allegations of corruption are there, they should first investigation how the corruption happened and who are party to it and try to get evidence in this regard and book the culprits. However,in the case against Jagan, CBI already come to conclusion that Jagan only got the money and no one is responsible from Government. It shows how vitiated its investigation is. How the lower court and High Court involved in rejecting the pleas on this account, really surpises and creates doubts in the minds of general public. however, as it is always happens finally truth will prevail, at last, Supreme Court intervention resulted in correcting the course of investigation.

Infact now, i believe, that the supreme court should also look at the case against Chandra Babu Naidu, who obtained Stay in the High Court in stopping the investigations against him and his associates. The charges made by Mrs.YSR that justice in High Court of AP is becoming difficult and the case needs to be transferred to some other Court. In light of this response SC suo-moto should take up the stay granted on the Chandra babu naidu frauds and order for an enquiry/investigation immediately.

MADAME PAVITHRA( IF YOU ARE A MADAME !)Considering how you are prtecting Jgan ,I am wondering whetehr you are a beneficiary of his ill-gotten wealth. The whole world knows jagan to be corruption incarnate. The focus on him does not shift just because a few ministers and babus have been served notice by the SC.The real fun now begins with the Congress Govt. devising ways and means to wriggle out of this tricky scenario. It is only a matter of time that jagan would be behind bars with the delinquent ministers in tow. Now that would signal the downfall of this apology of a govt.the sooner the better !

Support UN Resolution
by Ilango S on Mar 12, 2012 11:51 PM

Even after 3 years of War, no rehabilitation to the suffered Tamil people in Srilanka. No Political solution by the Srilankan Govt. Abduction tamil youths and girls by white van by the Srilankan Govt continues and their where about are not known. Still lakhs of tamils in the concentration camps, daily three to five deaths occurs by the torture by the Srilankan Forces.

Srilankan Govt not even implemented the Rajiv Jayawardene agreement.

It is the request to the Indian Public and Govt to support the UN Resolution against Srilanka and to get peace and permanent solution to the Tamil and Sinhala community.
The Tamil Nadu units of the Congress and BJP have joined the chorus in urging the Centre to support the U.S-backed resolution condemning human rights violations against Tamils in Sri Lanka, at the UN Human Rights Council. In a statement here, TNCC president, B.S. Gnanadesikan said that the Congress was always sympathetic to the island Tamils. With the resolution coming up before the UN rights council, he would persuade the Centre to support it.

BJP president Pon. Radhakrishnan said India should take a stand against the Sri Lankan government at the Council.

Tainted Ministers and officers in A.P.
by varadarajulu a on Mar 12, 2012 10:37 PM  | Hide replies

Once, Andhra Pradesh was considered as one of the prosperous states. But unfortunately, in the last 15 years, many of the politicians (irrespective of the party to which they belong) began to loot the state and its rich natural resources. It reached the peak from 2004 onwrds. The result is the illegal mining of iron ore, illegal allotment of bauxite and other mines to the kith and kin of politicians, illegal re-routing of money from beneficiaries into the industries floated by the kith and kin of the politicians! These scams seem to be bigger than that of Spectrum scandal! It is astonishing to note that the ruling party always backed the tainted ministers and the officers inspite of the CBI findings. It is heartening that the Apex court has issued notices to the tainted minsters and officers. It will be beneficial to the Society, if the court directs the Govt. to cease the illegal property gained by the politicians and their kith and kin and return to the state exchequer so taht it can be utilised for the people of the state. Let us hope that that day will come in the near future.
