Manadate of People of Uttarakhand not BJP: CM candidate was rejected by his voters. Percentage of votes clearly indicate rejection of BJP rule. All 3 indepedents are ex-congress leaders and they supporting BJP is ruled out unless "operation lotus" is mobilized to buy them altogether. BSP leaders can of course align with BJP and form their own govt. In anyway govt not going to be stable...
