Then u can see elephants and statues of HER's throughout the country. Seems u are not preturbed by these elephants in the park and inside the assemblies who do the least for society and the most for self and coterie.
Mayawati cant be ruled out...vote base is intact. If development cant roll out she will be back again with a BANG and move ahead even to Central(National)politics.

She ruled well in UP, at least removed Goondaraj,but she never gave her brand of dalit, whereas after becoming CM she becomes leader for all, her defeat if gives her lesson - good, we have all hopes from Akhilesh that that will look after all sects of society-not only Yadav and Muslims. The first thing that the new Govt at UP must do is to take away all the statues that Mayawati had installed with public money. They must next try to recover all the costs from the BSP. Or alternately, they must petition the Election commission to change the symbol of BSP - if that is possible under the Law.

BSP's/Mayawati's symbol should be changed from the Elephant to a Handbag or Currency Garland by the Election Commission.
Of every 100 votes polled – At least 18 belong to minority; 20 belong to SP caste. That means 38 belong to SP. Remaining 72 belonged to One strong regional party and two national parties plus SP. Thus 25 to BSP; 20 to Cong and 20 and 7 to SP. This 7% made all the difference. If this mystery 7% could be identified, in 2014 elections for Parliament - SP may face uphill task. In some other calculation it could be said that Rahul factor made all the Job easy for SP meaning he won at least 5% of BJP vote for congress and about 2% of BSP vote. Otherwise it would have been hung verdict or BJP win.
