you will notice that the people in all political parties are relatives of one another. it makes no difference who you elect in punjab, the net result is the same, ie massive loot of the treasury. it is little wonder dillie is corrupt, being in the same cultural vicinity of punjab. it is time to move the capital from dillie to banglore.
