So far postal ballots have not been added to these results. There are 22000 votes by postal ballots in Uttarakhand and they may change results on some seats. Till all the votes are counted, election process can not be termed complete.
i must say that defeat of diwkar bhatt, M P nathani and S singh is a great, as local people people know that hey have cheated the people time and agaian.
