If I had been supdt the terrorist would have been kept solitary. But even for that the instructions should be given by minister. Now all the prisoners except for the females and those past middle age should be kept solitary until the inquiry is over.
What is the purpose of suspending the Supdt? There are so many riots in UP prisons yet no supdt is suspended. Here it was not even riot and no instruments were used.Minister is only trying to show that some action has been taken that too senselessly.
He used to threaten the other inmates that he would place a bomb in the jail also like he had done in three temples. They finally gave him the just desserts.
