WHAT A LOUSY COUNTRY WE ARE BORN IN ?
by damodaran mohan on Jun 08, 2012 02:54 PM

After three yrs most of us, the people of India come to know that "...Issues have not yet been framed. Trial has not yet started. Not one witness has been examined the trial is yet to start ." . Now what is to be made of our justice system ? All the time for the last three yrs , forget about the ignorant masses even educated town folks like us were under the impression the case was in progress ….. But now comes the schocker that trial is yet to begin even ! What a lousy country we are born in ? A banana republic ? Look how people are being taken for a ride by the people in power ? Another two yrs and it really doesn't matter much because by that time the 5 yrs term would be over any way. Should not the “election petitions” be disposed off in a time bound manner in matter of 3-6 months maximum ? What is the EC and judiciary doing about it ? Already the great man says 111 election petitions are pending , so why pick on me alone ? But if by chance if the court expedites the case and sets aside his election, then would he resign ? No chance, because still he could claim his constitutional right to appeal to higher court …it will go on….God save the country….

PC says that

there are 111 cases of election petitions pending in courts; solve them first and then come to my case.

What a great statement from a learned Lawyer and a responsible seniour Minister in the Central Government.

Street kids fighting among each normally make such comments.

The difference between 111 cases and 112th case is that the allegedly accused is serving as the HOME MINISTER of the country and taking very sensitive decisions on the country.

if there was no case court would have dismissed everything, looks like prima facie there is some truth in the case against him, but justice may be delayed, but till then this guy and his son can cooolly loot Indian tax payer money to the hilt and people like you will always dont see beyond a horizon. always look for some cummunal angle.
till there are people like u still after seeing great loot by centrel govt scared if BJP comes to power something happens.
nothing will happen they will not do something that will take ur rights off.
do u really know Vajpayee increased huj subsidy to the maximum.
please dont go by the paid media, think what is good for your next generation and how ur tax money is spent provided u pay tax.

Ms Jayalalitha & Co has not been co-operating with court
by Ayyappan Ramasamy on Jun 08, 2012 07:15 AM  | Hide replies

Ms Jayalalitha & Co has not been co-operating with court agaist her "amassing wealth", beyond her income. It is running for 15 years. If she talk about moral, she do resignation first & set a precedence.

court has seen something fishy and said I will not encourage ur petition as simple as that.
cant u see there is some thing fishy?
if u go on like this there will be no one caught. everyone kep pointing fingers and all these politicisns make hay and their kids will be ready and your day to day life will go to where you know.
so please we are living in a bad situation stop this and start demaindng what u want in the election for the tax u pay if u dont then u can just crib here.
I am amazed u guys have internet connection but lack minimum understanding how how we live.
we are so divided nothing can gel us if patriotism is the last thing on our mind.
is this what u want to give to your next generation? A country full of corrupt people and blaming others to do corruption?
