Let me attempt to answer. Why most of the lands of Orissa are taken by Bengal(West Bengal)?. You need to have better view of the facts.
Do they know how much land of Ganjam district is trespassed by West Bengal?. Ganjan is on the southern part of Orissa and WB on the north. SO it can't trespass. Please look at the map...It helps.
Do Orissa government have Oriya administrators or dominated by Bengalis?. Again, wrong stats. MOst of the people in Admin are Oriyas.
Why no one in the India are aware of Oriya people other than Biju Patnaik and Naveen Patnaik?. Lack of general knowledge & poor media focus.
