Why can't the Government do something similar to what happened to the 2G spectrum. Cancel all the coal block allocation and reissue them at market rates.

Shikhandi was a very powerful & decisive factor in Mahabharat. He completely changed the course of War. Dont think MMS is comparable to him.

This way al police stations are "under" the Govt so common people cannot file a case against any govt dept or official ? should they go to pakistan china or bungledesh to file a neutral case ?

For that we hgave a CPC and a judicial system ...we need not go to pakistan to find a neutral law agency.
Whether MMS is corrupt or not, but he is working and sorrounded by corrupts only. He is pretty old, he must retire respectfully, he cannot give more than this whatever he has contributed enough. Rahul must take reign of the country, else his chance may never come.
