why is rediff projecting this guy as an innocent victim of circumstances. the article clearly states that the mob was irate so they had to be fired upon to controll. Most probably this guy must have been part of the mob and misused his service weapon to kill the senior officer.
its only in india, a hindu majority country, that a muslim can ask for clemency for killing a hindu officer. In a muslim majority country, the minorities would have been butchered mercilessly.
