He had been trying very hard to deter Mr.Achuthanandan by foisting one ridiculous case after another on him and was apparently beginning to believe that Mr.Achu would now avoid highlighting his earlier acts of theft.
But, as is his wont, Mr.Achuthanandan never ever cared for the pinpricks of cases foisted against him!
