- all trade, laws, courts, admin, cops, army, human rights, everything,
it is all is under total control ofCongress.
so now who is to blame for this massiveKillings, i mean it is still going on, houses areBurning, people are gettingMurderedRapedKidnapped,
and everything is under control ofCongress.
so who is to blame?
and who is doing all this?
