I appreciate the judiciary of Great Britain for given verdict within a year or so that too without discriminating between foreigner and its own citizen. Great..! India should learn something from these countries without prejudice.
In countries like australia, south africa and germany, Racism is still well practised even at police and security level. One has to recollect that during the colonial age the europeans used powerful weapons and chemicals, poisons etc to commit genocide on indigenous americans and took away their rich lands, mines , gold , silver, emeralds, diamonds etc. In north and south america the intruding europeans mixed poison and chemicals like arsenic in pools, tanks, rivers etc inorder to mass murder millions. Hitler used race as a reason to kill millions of jews and also took into his hit list coloured asians.Recently guardian newspaper reported that the british govt destroyed thousands of documents in 1954 that provided evidence to its colonial,racial exploitation of blacks, Indians etc. It seems to me that the europeans cannot tolerate to see anything other than european and christian alive in the world.

Though you have all the knowledge since birth....Start using common sense indvidual behaviours or actions do not reflect Mass behaviour...
The case was disposed off in one year. We have adopted the same British legal system but take decades to settle even important cases. Everything is manipulated so as to generate corruption.
