India should have accepted Chinas choice of place for a second consulate in China and encouraged its hoteliers to set up base theire as they did long time ago in their choice of place Calcutta instead of acting a bit stuck up politically.
India is wasting time on unnecessary things.Why allow Taiwan a part of China to open consulate in Chennai ? Will India be happy if China allows J & K to open one consulate in Shanghai ?
Why need consulate in Lhasa ? To foment anti-china activities ?
Shame on these short sighted politicians and their useless priorities.

well, a lot of people in lhasa want indian visas, probably more so than in shanghai. the indian taxpayerrs might get their rupee's worth for a change, wouldn't you agrree?

You are resident Chinese Agent here but even China itself does not mind Taiwanese business presence in South China. Why should India forgo Taiwan specially when it is more important then China in terms of business and technology
