There are tribal areas in every state of India. Should one restrict citizens to visit or stay in such places? A strong central government should never accept such permits to be dumped on ordinary citizen. Or should the law for citizens of those places requiring ILP be justified? How can India be integrated completely for such farcical laws to appease a few vested interests?
