Was Sangma the first tribal cabinet minister?
by R Chakravarti on Jul 21, 2012 12:07 PM

The natives of Lakshadweep are considered a Scheduled Tribe. One of them, the late P M Sayeed, was a minister. Does someone remember whether he was in the cabinet before Sangma?

Anirban Ganguli states miracles and conscience do not really exist, especially in India politics. Please add scruple and service.
