No one sells for Rs62, you can say adopted or give away, she has a reason for doing it, If children are born so cheaply in India like Buy one Get One, our economy cannot handle. Small family, Happy family. Otherwise it is every day struggle till death. This reporter maligns the intention, this reporter is so cheap in reporting.

atleast she didnt kill her child like others who have much money with them and they didnot hesitate to kill there childs......
imposing a military rule in bihar jharkhand and UP, enrolling all able bodied unemployed men from 18 to 35 in military and above 35 into some cottage industries like handlooms etc and making education til 10th compulsory for women and then engaging them into industries like dairy, like amul in gujarat. BUT NOT ALLOWING A SINGLE SOUL TO EMIGRATE out of these 3 states anywhere else....just think...in 5 yrs the pic will improve...

Biharis badly need to be educated about being civilized. Agree that some additional enforcement is required at least till they respond to education.
