We Expect INDIAN Judiciary to act like, may be PAkistan is our enemy nation but we have to accept good things.

Indian judiciary will act like this, if Indian situation is same as Pak situation. Judiciary controlling elected democratically institutions is not a good sign of governance or justice.

It is just like a Quality Control department dismissing the CEO of the company on the grounds of quality issues in the production...Quality Control department should be allowed to make only recommendations and not implementation/execution!
