YOU WELCOME THE VERDICT MR. NARENDRA MODI ?

At last some justice for cold murder of 14 people , eleven belonging to same family ! Four of the 9 sentenced by the special court are finally convicted but after an arduous journey through different courts spanning two states with SC intervention ! Some semblance of justice prevailing at last even if it has taken all of ten yrs. If I am not wrong it is the 2nd case of conviction after the last case relating to Naroda Pataia in a chain of total 9 different such cases being tried in court. Next perhaps is the Gulbarg society case….and so on. The very fact that such horrific chain of macabre mayhems could occur under one of the ablest and Globally hailed as the most competent of CMs of the country , Mr. Narendra Modi by itself is simply astounding !And think of it Mr Modi is now aspiring to become PM next ! Another disturbing aspect is not just the slow pace of justice delivery but also the associated meandering of the justice process through different phases of uncertain travel of the state Jurisprudence such as witnesses turning hostile, 100% acquittal, intervention by SC, retrials, shifting of cases outside Gujrat……??? Given this background what is increasingly becoming evident is the fact that the real fervor for justice has at last slowly caught up after some initial court hiccups. Better late than never. We can only hope the state govt. and the super CM, Mr. Narendra Modi welcomes the verdict.
