We Indians have a poor sense of humor. We cut jokes on others & enjoy but we can't laugh on ourselves. The hypothetical person like our politicians are lacking the sense of humour and their behaviour induced by humour is inexplicable, strange, funny, illogical, irrational and not acceptable. In the controversial cartoon, Panditji is whipping the tortoise and not Baba Sahib as he is also having the whip and both are trying to accelerate the progress of writing the constitution. There is nothing wrong to projec the delay. All our PSU projects are delayed and no politician is objecting to it causing loss of Public Money.NCERT should not take remove the cartoons.
