Drop the judges as well who took 20 years to not resolve this case and recover their salary as well. No point paying money to slackers.

IF my memory is right, he was car driver to then CM Devaraja Urs and was son of a Tonga driver having his stand at Malleswaram Circle. Leave alone this case, its known fact, how, as Railway Minister, he got recruited people to Wheel and Axle Plant and also into Railways Department and also his DPA where he has granite quarries, granite export business and lot more. Why is the CBI and ED is silent on the issue? Because he is Minority. This case is just an eye wash to show the country that, Congress is not bias on minority misconduct, bet it a Minister of its own.
Its shame, the SC has stayed this order instead it should have prosecuted him or dismissed the case itself.
With the Stay Order, has the SC not brought disrepute to the HC and its judiciary?
SC should not accept any sundry cases which has been accepted and sentenced by the HC. If SC intervenes, there is no necessity to have HC bench. Instead, you can have SC Bench in all states which will atleast aleviate the people to travel to Delhi to represent their case.
