sheela bhatt gives us no idea about the kinda govt, culture etc of this country of tajikstan. is this constitutionally an izlumic_republic, aka secular republica? what kinda pop culture they have. btw, the man chhatrpati_shivaji mahraj had to tear up was a tajik general.
