is it the malda hospital or a morgue. People must send relatives for treatment to this place when they want the patients to die. So much so for bangal's medical standards.

Bengalis from main land WB do not care for the people in the north Bengal. Looks as if the administration is idle and sleeping.
Leave aside Kolkata, the entire West Bengal is way behind Bihar or Orissa or Assam in basic healthcare, even education and electricity…
If this is followed for sometime, better separate Malda and north bengalore WB altogether.
