We have the best of Education in India, yet we got this crazy obsession among our youths to go abroad, its more of the charm of living in a foreign country than the real purpose of Education!!

if you make an effort and fail thats understandable but not making any effort and making negative comments about your country shows you have no respect for yourself or nation why should others respect you ?
India is not united, north indians/south indians.. there is again a lot of discrimination when you come to south amoong south indians (tamilians/mallus/gultu/kannadigas) ... again its the same in North (Marathi/Bongs/Gujarati/Punjabi... ) again in south apart from languages there are caste divided into caste... brahmin, iyer, iyangar, naidu, gowda..... India is bull sh_t

Sadly, we Indians are amongst the most corrupt, immoral, bigoted societies in the world. Indians discriminate HEAVILY on the basis of caste, colour, religion, language, gender, subcaste and even dietary preferences. No wonder that our politicians have perfected & patented ways to maintain the status-quo as this suits their Divide & Rule policy!

living in western developed nations are looked upon by common westerners just as common Indians would look upon the Congolese or Burundians or Nigerians if they were to migrate to India in very large numbers !!
And to the westerners' credit, they have so far reacted with far more patience to Indians in their midst than Indians would have reacted to the Congolese (whom they surely see as 'raxcially inferior') !

Not true ====== Infcat Indians are keen to forge ties with African Continent at large yes Business wise ,and also eventually to forge ties with personal level as well --- In we are not racist ,I think Indians are fascinated to be FAIR
since Fair and Lovely cream advertises in the vast Indian market ,to turn your skin fair
we are fed that way ,or maybe we just watched such advertisements
also VICO VAJDRANTHI ,EMAAMI cream ,Fair and Lovely Creams are all having advertisements saying usage of those creams will make you fair skinned
so it is coming that way --- I do not think it as Racist as such
also we have Dark clored actors from south who are superstars in south India as well
so that means we are accepting ACTORS as superstars as per action like sri Rajani Kanth etc

YET inspite of it INDIA has launched PAN AFRICAN E-NETWORK a Govt of India inititative to foster better ties
Type PAN - AFRICAN E NETWORK and read the details
Iam sure you will realise the project and the way INDIA AND INDIAN govt views AFRICA
the above statement is just a popular myth that is propogated due to lack of sometimes SOCIAL interaction etc which will take time

India is one of the most tolerant nations in the world! Tolerant - to the extent of being itself exploited of its abundant resources by these peoples! Think twice before making such statements. The Africans in India are a well privileged lot having access to all educational, financial and sources resources. Unlike the Pakistanis, we did not go to other countries and bomb their places. have you seen how beggars and crooks leech at the white skin in airports,metros or anywhere in india ?
sure they do not represent the country but they do cause a major negative image
have you seen how some indians behave when they go abroad ?
I also found that both Pakistanis and Bangladeshis and yes even Nepalese are better organised and represent much better in Australia
I have seen Bangladeshis put forward their points much better with anglo saxons same inspite of Pakistan having a turmoil at home ,even inspite of that Pakistanis are more effective in representing themselves ,considering their size ,they yield much better clout --- it is ironic that inspite of Indians having so much theory in culture are mostly zero in Practical affairs and do not want to UNITE that is why INDIA is always under represented and not properly
even URANIUM sale ,INDIA got it because of its larger economy size and President Obama asked australia to sell
it is not because Indian foreign affairs has done the work or proper home work that shows where we stand as far as UNITY is concerned and serving our own community as well

North Indian claim their represent India and never consider south Indians so all south Indians have their own community group. And then everyone wants to be a leader so every community has several groups. Pakis and Banglas are united by their religion and language.

I agree,I see in japan where i am living fr last 8 years i have noticed this.I htried my best to have indian community here but we r not uited,leave abroad we r not united back ome too,i see alot of messages ere about southies,northies stuff here,it really annoys me. But as rama said these banglas,pakistanis and nepalise they are united whereever we they go. To beonest i dont hv any indian friends here,i hv many pakis and neplaise friends. If u talk to a Indian here they will first ask u which part of india u belong to?what kind of work u do?mostly indians work here in IT sector.These are all neccesity things to have indian friends here as compared to oter countries they will ask u frm which country are u?and i feel proud to answer them that i am an INDIAN.

well ,I am not coming to any conclusion yet and expect the same with other folks ,until we know more details ===== not so long ago we had Amit Bidhave in UK an Indian student in CANADA KILLED before it was Nitin Garg at Melb
well it does sound alaram bells as well Imagine - if GREEK students Italian Stuidnets American Students etc are killed like That
Iam sure US embassy or Italain Embassy or Greek Embassy etc will put lots of pressure
even CNN,BBC AND other media will keep the focus on main news

Also because of not having a strong UNITY among Indians also does niot augur well ----- Lets face the facts ================== i)mots Indians especially abroad want to play safe ,that is if they have a good IT job ,they would keep quiete and go on as if nothing has ever happened
ii)why because ,Take examples when I was growing up in Hyderabad and Vijayawada
I saw once some people chase a guy and hack him to death on city bus
similarly I also saw ,once on Hyd City bus ,all people joined together bashed up a guy who is a pick pocketer
That means most vulnerable are always weak Those that are politically connected are stronger
Reason is clear --------- Most people want to keep clear and out unless it is their own kith and kin that is why ---------- I have seen more established unity among Maltese Greeks Italians Lebanese etc in Australia than Indians
