It is hardly makes any difference who is Manuwadi or who is Mayabadi. Greed does bounds no limits. It is true when innumerable SC/St are deprive of having basic necessities, a lot of higher castes people are also jobless and are doing the jobs of hawker,broker etc. So it is the system of india which even after 60 yrs of indepence could not improve the condions of the poor people. If only higher castes were greedy , then Laloo(Chara Ghotala),Mulayam(Ayur vedic scam) Khushwaha(NHR scam)Myabati(Taj corridor) are the examples of greedy characters would not happeno.Lalu prasad or Mulayam will not allow her daughter to marry a poor SC/ST even to a brahmin fellow.Because their life style has changed owing to the greed of power. So please try to analyse the main root of this social evil not from the angle of castes ro creed. In Bengal innumerable inter castes marriges happening since last 5-6 decades. It seems so.The entire case against PC or for that matter against the entire cabinet rests on the Courts taking cognizence of any wrong doing on pricing.If the court accepts it as a policy matter which looks to be going to be the ultimate position of the court then PC gets away for sure.Actually what the entire cabinet appears to be guilty of is for some reason not following a transparent and accountable system of disposing off the entire spectrum'pricing'issue with proper justification on record and instead leaving it to A.Raja .It could be a typical Corporate-bureaucrat-politician nexus case of short changing the revenues but next to impossible to prove any malafide intent on the part of people with authority.The other issue of 'dilution of equity' hardly appears to be any serious case at all.Without an independent investigating agency like LP there is no way these people can be checked.

The credibility of Subramanina Swamy is always in doubt and he always keep on doing strange things while PC has lots of established crediblity at ample of occassions.

Sorry my friend. About PC's credibility, I wish to say that he is from a Royal lineage( Grandson of the last Raja of Chettinadu) and has sufficient wealth sufficient for generations. He himself a renouned Lawyer, his wife another popular lawyer, in laws aristocrats... He is I am sure, not a corrupt but could have become a scapgoat for the greedy designs of Karunanidhi.

No they are not greedy @Main turk. in fact they give more to charity than any one else.
Instance 1: Subramniyam swamy was searching for long time to nap PC. But he got some document evidence to prove his allegation agaist PC. He submitted it in the court.
Instance 2: Two hard disks were stolen from Home Ministry department. It happened in recent days.
There may be coincidence of these two instances. Mr Swamy may have insider to steal hard disk to get information on Chidambaram(PC).

JJ & Swamy are enemies in 1996(correct one). But they joined together to contest election after five years. They even joined BJP government under A.B.Vajpaee governemnt. It lasted for 13 days, i beleive. It lost first show of majority in Lokshaba, just due to Mr Swamy. Main reason is that BJP had not given his choice of Finance ministry.
That is what, I am saying, He is a unstable person.

Whether RAW or CBI works for Su.Swamy, I am sure Su.Swamy works for US (FBI). He is a joker all along, he damaged the reputation of Smt Chandralekha, a former IAS officer, by his ill acts not matching with his age.
