Anna at its styagarah was rightly demanding seperation of CBI from Central govt. (i.e ruling political party at center) control as they use it and under lokpal, in the same lines police of State is totally controlled by ruling party of state (i.e. BSP) There are others involved in NHRM scam like earlier state health ministers etc. however only one person is targetted .... caste based poll strategy of politcal parties. Hence the investigation is baised!
Thast it all parties shoudl come together get all the money he has hidden..and give it to poor or somethign.soemthing..and he should be in prison for atleast 100 years.
