'Marching in tune with the great majority of India' would immediately mean several things - and perhaps the most spectacular of those 'things' would be to defecate in the open each day !!

Right.
The tendency to allow religion into the public domain ought to be actively discouraged by the state. The state ought to make it a point to educate commoners on the need to recognise religion as an entirely private issue.
And as long as religion is confined to private spaces, the state (or any religion or its followers) should not bother about who is converting whom and who is getting converted and re-converted (provided those who get converted do not have any complaint in that regard) !!

very simple- convert few- rake in the money, make more converts, rake in more money- and thus spreads the collection system
the entire mythof JesusISa laugh. Why convert to worship a zombie_the oldest one at that?
