The truth is India is a tiny country whose foreign policy doesnt matter. When MMS went to meet GB in US,the latter lifted up his thumb and forefinger one inch apart (that too in front of TV camera) to show that that was India,and MMS smiled back in return

Well, he didnt put it in the right words but the sentiments are correct. India doesnt matter in the global foreign policy scenario at all.
