This happened after a long time knowing our politicians - I expected them to send their goons sooner , I do not care which party all are same - loot and crime .
In this era of Smart solutions .. reforming police and increase effectiveness is no Big deal
1.Enable E FIRs- Or On CaLL FIRS. This is a very easy efective mechanism to log in issues and track for resolution. Create a web where people can log in using their UID- Pan Number of Electoral card number and register FIRs. All Crimes should get reported. 2. At any cost the FIR registering person's name and details should be disclosed by Police. THis can be controlled by Law. If violated strict action is o be taken. 3. All the so registered FIRs should be tracked for action. A seperate cell should be created for this.heads by an IPS in every Dist. The cals registered or FIRs registered should be audited by a third party every Quarter and results should be published in Gazette. 4. FIR closure should be made only in SP level where each case is analysed for completion and closed. 5. In Commissioner level every month the report needs to be analysed and areas where more crime rate reported should be analysed and CCTVs / Cams or Physical Police presence is ensured in These areas. 6. All closed FIRS needs to be addressed for further action and case should be registered. A plannel of three Judges needs to be created in every Towm- They should be given powers of sub magistrate and All registered cases needs to be reviewed. More courts will come by this and faster resolution. 7. All Sub magistrate should be closing every FIRs with in one month of submission. Else it should be escalated
BJP under Norendra Modi had commuted well organised pogrom that includs rape and human right violation in Gujrat to win election. Where were these protesters in that time?

we need zero tolerance towards molestation,rape cases and only life imprisonment/castration/hanging is the solution,no less.
Moreover parents need to teach their children particularly boys to respect women including girl child.Our glorious past can help us in establishing moral value,degeneration of which is the main cause for such deplorable cases.
All pornographic stuff,whether readable/viewable must be regulated which turns a man into beast otherwise almighty will not spare us if we still remain mute spectators.
Indian has been Americanized. Expecting more of these crimes to occur. Indian government won't do anything to upset their racist masters. Most Indian people, have their heads stuck in the sand and will never wake up.

To prevent eve-teasing of grils and women and to revent rapes, there must be WELL planned measures¬ just talk ONLY, what a shame!There must be special buses for girls and women only and they should be driven by female drivers and there msut be woman consuctor and woman assistant to help them too, NO OTHER solution to eve teasing in delhi&rapes too, Further there msut be majority women constables and police stations controlled by women and with no men! Double or triple the number of police women and number of women- only police stations too all over india now!

No need to blame other countries. Indian culture is fully anti women. One can see this attitude in all customs and traditions being followed since hundreds of years.
