Pity on Indian Army.Instead of effectively dealing with the illegal Bangladeshis in Assam they are harasseing the Bodos(Hindus).If Bodos surrender their weapons they will be wiped clean by the Bangladeshi hordes.
Any body from NE states can easily understand their pain and sufferings caused by some irresponsible military men. Arm in NE behaves like the Lord of the land. They have every authority of gunning down any person and also harm modesty of any women. Tally of Violence against women in NE by military is exceptionally high as compared to other states. However, govt keeps a mum over the issue and most cases cases goes unnoticed. This is high time govt take a stand on and investigate the cases. Let Justice prevail. I am not blaming whole army unit as a whole.

Very good post. Yes we should ensure army morale remains high, but such crime should not go unnoticed. Pak and other forces take advantages of such youth whose family has suffered due to army and turn them against india
If army is to be judged by civil laws, we are breaking India as well as moral of fighting force. Army is not Police which is corrupt and frame cases against public. Politicians are trying to blame army and dilute the issues pertaining to their code of conduct.

Brother, while you are right that we shouldn't lower down army morale, but the issue is a lot serious. There has been so many complaints of horrendous act done by army like rape and murder etc. These things lot of times force people to take up arm and become against india. Pak and other forces look for such people and take them in their stride. Several maoist and kashmiris have confirmed this. While we should ensure the moral of army remains high, we should be looking in such cases as well.
There have been several cases where general public has blamed army. Its high time they should be investigated properly. While we are rightly making noise on the rape case, there have been even worse incidents reported against army which go un-noticed.
