it will be prosecution's burden to prove that 90pct are not idiot, not katju's. with 60 years of congress divide-n-rule, and still in place, the defense has an uphill task.

The lack of discipline in every walk of life by urban & rural youth is a cause of great concern.The craving for excessive materialism & disregard of civic sense be it traffic,loud talking in public places,disregard of environment in every possible way are few areas where Indian youth is way behind its counterpart in developed & developing countries of South East Asia. The way educated male youth is demanding dowry both in urban & rural areas & lack of courage to speak against the whims & fancies of their parents in this matter leaves much to be desired.The selfish approach of youth can be seen on roads when they pay scan respect to senior citizens while driving or using public facilities.i doubt if Justice Katju needs to feel embarrassed for the acts of our youth or the comments that he made?
