you are rightmany people shove responsibility of such crimes on treligion, cast, call etc. it is easy to point finger at other.but if this kind of thing is happening again and again then there is some thing seriously wrong with shock absorbing unit of that society i.e. family structure. we don't need just law but social reformers and spiritual gurus to address such issues. Such crime is called "honor killing" and honor is related to mental and emotional status of a person(or society), we will have to address the issue of why our society is getting over sensitive o the issue of honor? are their social, economic, personal factors involved in it? Any ways, it was a bad news and i will not put myself in the seat of a judge and pass a judgment as i don't know ground reality of hat case.
Barbarians and boorish ignoramus hooligans.... that's the composition of majority of the denizens of this fetid backward, poverty-stricken land of filth and squalor. Or maybe, he assumed that Didi's promise of creating millions of madrassas and enacting shariat law, in return for their votes, had already been done.

Muslim sharia doesnot permit individuals to have these relations, even by their freewill since these activities can damage the greater society with diseases and plague the society and for a greater harm. Hence a strict punishment is suggested. Also, in a state where the constitution exists, muslim sharia prohibits individuals from taking law in their own hands. According to sharia, if a state law entity exists, individuals are recommended to refer any unlawful activities to the authorities.
