We r indians and indian from two states cant resolve water sharing agreement. What a shame on both the chief ministers. They should go to fish market and learn negotiation where at the end of negotiation there is always a deal. Karnataka is the only state to have a state flag in the counrty and will be hoisted during all national celebrations.1) They have disputes with Andhra for the river krishna and never obeted the Krishna Waters Disputes Tribunal . 2) Disputes with TN for cauvery and never obeyed supreme court order and they did after filing comtempt of court petition 3) With Maharashtra they have border issue and lands of maharashtra were under KA control in Belgaum district

Now-a-days each state legislative has gained powerful to control the centre Govt. Karnataka is not honouring even Suprem court's verdict..The best option is not to accept Karnataka waters by sealing all the water tributaries entering TN. We can see karnataks fate then!
Those who fighting in forum thread between karnataka and Tamilnadu people seems cauvery is not an only issue its seems there are so many things to fight just for entertainment and personal conflicts....
