mamamia is getting angry...,time is up for her to leave bharat.
by anand kumar on Dec 08, 2012 02:41 PM

satyameva jayate, action speaks louder...,so wait for the result.
for all the patriotic indians. here is why narendra modiji cannot be defeated.
1) Narendra means King of people in sanskrit. ( Even if you hate him, he will keep on coming back on peoples power)( Surprisingly so was the lord ram)
2)Modi means two things in sanskrit....., 1st is change and next is development. ( Surprisingly both of this qualities goes on with his character)
3) Now when we talk about change, it is going to be wholesome as per karma and its karmic effect.
4) You all are inspired by euro and US. but modi believes in sorting out the matters. he will have better relations with CHINA, SRILANKA. Surprise change in national stand.
5) Due to DEVElOPMENT...., He will be having better relations with US & UK too.
6) INDIA WILL BE ONE AS A NATION WITHOUT CASTE AND RELIGION.
TIME IS UP FOR SONIA AND CONGRESS DEAR.

dear sir did you see the land there, it's all barren land - not rice fields is been used for building the factory, please take rail journey from Kashmir to Kanyakumari you will know how much fertile and plenty of land near to water bodies is been laying wasted. The best part is Modi has made sure this farmers are paid well for their useless land, on the other hand my family is from Kudankulam area and the government paid us just Rs.5,000 per acre land in the 80s when they took our land forcefully and the people who gave land are still struggling to make a living...This is the best compensation any one can get for their land, Modi is doing great job in Gujarat

What is the achievement here?
by Bharat Soni on Dec 04, 2012 05:44 AM  | Hide replies

Property values have sky rocketed in India. Here these gentlemen is talking about value of the land rising by less than 10 times of the value from few years ago. I acre land in an industrial town in Tamil Nadu cost about 5 crores which was easily available for like 30 lakhs few years ago. So many people have become billionaires in India by selling their land to industrial township and private investors. Has rediff tried to do a research on rising prices in Mumbai? Again what is the point in calling people billionaire or millionaire when you can only afford to buy the same thing that you could buy few years ago. Who is going to account for inflation and currency depreciation? Rediff and other media should not act as a advertising tool for Modi, and if they do, then they should do some research and provide complete truth. If Tata invest in Gujarat then it is the news of century but the dozens of companies investing in Tamil Nadu, Orissa, Karnataka, AndhraPradesh and Maharashtra is not even put as a small news.

Yes Mr. Bharat. Media is all bought by Modi and co. Media does not want to bring out the corruption in Gujarat or the lack of Lokayukta in Gujarat. Before Modi became the CM, Gujarat had an enriching history of high economic growth rate and during 1960-1980 growth rate of GDP in the state remained in two digits, while in 1975-76 growth rate was of 28.50% which was highest in the state. Now Gujarat is growing only due to the previously set up industrial townships and infrastructure. I am happy though because now other states have got a chance to grow at the cost of Gujarat. And People of Gujarat are celebrating the investment from one big company but are putting a blind eye to the many lost opportunities.

Ratan Tata thought good of providing good quality cheap car to Indian public. But now at this time the choice of India has changed. Indians have started buying Ventos, Suv's, Lancers,BMW's, Mercediz, volvo, toyotas, fords & want to buy premium segment car. Even in hatchbacks they want cars like I10, MICRA & Swifts. No doubt Nano is a good project by Tata but Indian masses have changed.

Development by Modi
by gaurang patel on Dec 04, 2012 12:28 AM

Modi selected land for Sanand irrespective of whom it belongs. Many Muslim people had huge land there & have become rich along with other farmers. If Modi was so communal as being projected by electronic paid media & the so-called human right activists then he would have not done so. Besides whatever he has done for Gujarat no one in congress has done till today for the whole country. So let the dogs bark & those who want to yell....he is gonna win the elections...soon the whole world will know it.

modi got insecure regarding the hit gharnughar scheme of gujarat congress and he is now promising 50lakh houses for lower class.

Cant u see in last 7 yrs modi has sold gujarat to the rich corporates while totally ignoring poor. Only during election time he remembers lower middle class suddenly?

If Modi sold two villages to corporates and made 160 families rich, I am happy he did that. Congress sold entire country, 2G/coalG/CWG, and made only vadraG/phoniaG crorepatis.
