The central Govt.'s ploy has always been to prove whistle-blowers as corrupt. So if congress ministers in general and Gandhi family in particular are corrupt so are Baba Ramdeo, Anna Hazare, Kejriwal, and now Modi and of course CAG and others. To prove this they have the central machinery like CBI, ED, IT etc on one hand and Tahelka, NDTV, CNN-IBN media channels on the other.
Tehelka does investigative journalism only on BJP. Tarun Tejpal is scared to talk about the scams designed by congress. He is a congress agent and working for non-hindu elements.

Shameless...Its a prepoll desperation of the congress which has tried all mischievous ploys but failed even their pre poll TV campaigning is set to portray that if we are dacoits they are no less than thieves..if we have done so many scams..they are also not clean...hence we are justified..now this tehelka exsposure..which is a paid channel of congress and is trying to prove that the Coal gate, Vadra gate is justyfied so guys vote for us so that alike centre we will tell fake grwoth and reforms stories and ruin u at state level also.

Well you sense mischief in this instance. May be you have a case there. But what about the Sujalam Sufalam, Boribund, Fisheries, Irrigation scams which came to light much before elections ??

Well extending your logic a bit further, in that case even the 2G, coal scam and even Bofors are yet to be proved ? It takes decades in this Country to get justice. The carbide gas victims of Bhopal are still awaiting compensation and justice. Such is the justice system in this Country.

Vascado..for all these years why the omnipotent and CBI powerful Congress sat silently.. a pigmy channel comes out with the allegations and the questionable timing also...further Modi has not done any thing against the middle and poor class while furthering the industrialization of the state..while the list of acts by the corrupt congress which have and are doing devastation to the people is numerous..the way the kins of the royal family have opened the realty and Land shops..the questionable land deals..2G CWG CoalGate and whatnot, the acts of sponsored price hike of everything just to project higher GDP..all these cannot be justified only a party biased, brain washed sycophant can champion their cause.

You always assume things. Just because I wrote against Modi, immediately you came to an abrupt conclusion that I am a flag bearer of Congress. I have already stressed time and again that the justice system in this Country is dead as dodo and it enables every Politician in this Country to claim themselves as clean. Well, in the case of Modi, there have been allegations with substance which cannot be dismissed. Even the CAG is on record of the culpability of Modi's administration in wastage of public funds. If you believe CAG reports in the 2G as well as Coal scam, why are you applying different yardsticks for Modi ? That is not fair. There is a strong case for an anti-corruption Institution in this Country supported by a pro-active judicial system which is not happening thanks to parties like the Congress and BJP who have ulterior motive in preventing it. I never claimed anywhere that the UPA Government has done wonderful things for this Country. Let me put to you straight. The UPA has been a disaster for this Country and it should be sent packing. Let me and you have no doubts about it. But in the same vien, do not impose your views about Modi on me. I do not think he is a puritan or Mr. Clean. He has his own share of blemishes. Only that he can come relatively clean when compared to those in the opposition benches who are even more discredited.

Actually Congress is responsible for the problems in judicial system. They have slowly and intelligently managed to dismantle the judicial system so that it suits them. If the Indian judicial system was allowed to function efficiently, then all the corrupt Gandhis would have been punished by now.
It is not that Modi Raj has been immune to corruption charges. There were damning CAG reports about the complicity of Government in wastage of public funds. The Sujalam sufalam, boribund scam, fisheries scam, irrigation scam etc., were always a thorn in the flesh and a disincentive for Modi's claim to provide a corruption free State. His worshippers will ofcourse claim that the corruption charges are yet to be proved in the court of law. Well, if this is the yardstick for prejudging Modi, then the same logic should extend to other cases as well. We know that in India it takes years to deliver justice. Therefore, Modi is not immune to corruption. Only that he appears much better than his opponents in the State namely the Congress which is notorious in this regard. It is relative measurement which helps Modi to win support, not that he is a puritan.

Just because I write something against Modi doesn't automatically imply I hold the flag for Congress. I am dead against Congress and its economic policies where I have spelled out my stand time and again even in this site. It goes without saying that the cases against congress leaders too should be probed and brought to justice.

Well you have prejudged me even before dissecting. In that case, I can never make you change your stand. You stick to what you think is right and label me a Congress stooge. I do not mind that. But I would always like to clarify - whether you accept it or not is your prerogative ?
How could the KG basin which is in the East coast of Andhra be under the control of Gujarat. The center conrols all minerals/ mines etc. I believe that this report is meant to malign MODI and is motivated by the coming election in Gujarat.
