as per report of Shanglu committee - if Central feels that the some thing wrong going in state can recommend for dismissal of state govt....many time congress use this tool un -ethically ...but when state govt. opposed for "auction of coal block" central govt. agreed ...that mean who is more responsible ....after every scandal congress argued - we are following the policies of NDA govt. and NDA is responsible for that.....if so called " Economist - MMS" can not change the bad policies of previous govt and they are just ..follower ...who is responsible.....UPA have to give the answered......for every scandal previous NDA was responsible for every good policy (may be)...Madam is appreciated ....shame on the UPA who are paralyzed on the previous NDA govt. policy ....they having no their own Policies ..
