It would have been better had these agencies focussed their radar on illegal infiltrators and settlers in Assam and across the country who are the root cause of the problem.
You know the support base of these orgs like MULTA, MULFA, MSCA etc. - they are all along the 'char' areas - the river banks and islands along the vast Brahmaputra. You can see all Bdeshi colonies there. No census officers ever go to these colonies for fear of being hounded and killed. Police do not enter as Congress govt doesnt allow them to.
So these orgs thrive in the 'chaars' and immigrant colonies. People live in filty hygiene conditions and poverty after coming over from Bdesh but make sure to open a madrassa in each colony since they dont go to govt schools. You can imagine what taalim they are getting here!!!
If only the Govt. of India and Assam had acted with the same zeal and alacrity to stop infiltration, identification and deportation of illegal settlers in Assam and other parts of country. But instead, in my secular and and democratic country, they are after Assamese Hindu leaders, social networking sites and gagging the press and floating baseless theories behind riots. Arrest of 4 mobile technicians in Mumbai blasted the government theory of external hand in riots and rumours. It is unfortunate that these very Hindu politicians are helping massacre of their co-religionists for their immediate political gains.

What difference does it make whether we are gujrathi or marathi or tamil or telugu or Punjabi so on and on.... We are one by religion, isnt that enough.??

No. our MPs have no IQ. We are wasting our money on them. IB people can only tell, to act is Governments job.
It has really become a multicrore business like what happened in Bootlegging, Drug trafficking, Real Estate Business etc. which have full support from the Vote bank politicians and most corrupt people in all spheres. Only God can save this country now Vande Mataram
When PC took over in 2008, India's security was in shambles due to bad governance by Shivraj Patil. PC reformed the homeland security tracking procedures with immediate action on intelligence information and well coordinated ways of getting intelligence between centre and states that today India is much better off in tracking possible terr0r attacks. Very few and minor terr0r attacks have taken place after 2008.
Now Govt is doing great job of being tough on cyber warfare by neighbouring countries and also tracking terr0r groups as this article says. Hope Shinde continues the good work of PC.
It is unfortunate and sad that such an efficient minister as PC was being attacked day in and day out by that educated r0uge called Subramaniam Swamy.
