Govt can compensate if official was acting in official capacity and then may recover from official if deemed fit by reducing his increments or recovery from PF etc. Why should the court see anything more than the offended party be compensated?
Benches high court magistrate are all seems to be humbug and this secretary collusion with state govt had over reached justice. Compensating the offence appears to be funny part of law.

right. action against contmept of court is not hard to invoke. if sc wails like any other plaintiff, what good is it?
