Who's behind BJP's tough line?
1. Advani? If not, he will be displaced by Modi. Modi is the only BJP politician, whom Congress fears. Advani realized this. So now Modi will fall in line?
2. RSS? RSS is unhappy with BJP as its in grip of moneybags like Congress. Only Modi can bring change. But RSS is keeping away from BJP. So may not be RSS.
3. A shadowy foreign hand? One, say, with Pranab Mukherjee's political acumen. Pranab unhappy as MMS was made PM, and, made scapegoat by PM for ruining the economy.
Somebody with Pranab's powers is forcing BJP? Possible.

But in morality, BJP should do it.
