Achalpur is the northern terminus of the 762 mm narrow gauge railway known locally as the Shakuntala railway. This line is composed of two legs intersecting with the Mumbai–Kolkata standard gauge railway at Murtajapur — the 76 km northern leg to Achalpur and the 113 km southeastern leg to Yavatmal. As of 2004 this line was still owned by a London-based company which had leased the line to India's Central Railway since 1903.

when the railway line was built between mumbai and kolkata it was for the private use, if you really feel so ashamed of that, why not you ask hazare to campaign against this and close the railway line???
are still taking royalties on services provided by them . The private railway line from DARYAPUR to Akola in Maharashtra is one such example. These looters are howling now. The have looted half the worlds wealth and continue to loo in some form or other....

Are you happy to have hand outs from the looters? What is your point? Should India take the so called Aid from the UK? India should do business elsewhere so that it can save much more money than that given by the UK as Aid.

How about looters from the region called as seemaandhras in India. These looters are the master cheaters who would put to shame the best of the looters across the world. By the way no one has excelled them in fudging data in all walks of life.
UK earns lot of money by selling weapons to India and in return they are paying peanuts in the form of Aid. In fact it is not aid, it is buy weapons and get gift. Many people in India are living below poverty line, so UK MPs should object selling weapons to India if they really want to object because weapons have no use in developing society.

what do you expect them to do, give free weapons to everyone???? you cant understand the difference between business and aid???? uk is getting lot of money by selling, if you are so feeling angry for uk politicans demanding to stop selling weapons, why not you stop buying it from uk and get it from china????
You Britishers had looted us, divided us and left us to our fate. Only you people can say how much you had looted. We were not poor, you made us poor. You came to India for you own reason i.e to loot India which was full of wealth. It is not only you, all Europeans had come for that only. Like me many Indians want to see England vanishes from the world map one day. Not only India, you have the curse of billions of people of the world. The day is not far you all will meet the ultimate i.e your doom.

We got Independence at the same time as China become a communist country. China was second in medals table in 2012 Olympic games, dictating world economy by giving loan even to US and its population is more than that of ours. In comparison to China, where are we in world economy, games etc. What is the point of blaming others when we are not good in ruling ourselves. If our politicians are good, we could save more money from the business we do with UK than what we are getting in the form of Aid. Winston Churchill once famously said "India will be ruled by fakirs and beggars if we give independence to it". Unfortunately we are proving him right and therefore there is no point in blaming others instead we should ashamed in taking handouts from others.
somewhere anyone who thinks logical will understand that whatever the britishers are saying is correct. india spending so much on a waste project can be utilised for something more meaningful other than spending on military lavish lifestyles and politicians night parties.

i do agree with you, when india can spend money on sending an unmanned rocket to mars and prove it space power why not spend money on quality education, take control of all schools and give quality education so that we can stand high in terms of education, compete with other countries in development. i am really ashamed of others justifying the fact that robbers loot and they want share in it... i dont really underastand, if someone steals their house it seems they will get money from them afterwards as aid or what?????
UK should pay back all the gold and money it took from India during it's more than 200 years rule over India. It should also pay for the torture it brought upon Indian People. Repay of torture is possible only if their people face same inhumane conditions in the hands of Indian. Only then they will understand why UK is giving aids to India.

if UK agrees to payback all the gold money that it looted, are you willing to give back the technology, dams, train system, educational system, governing system back to them????? do you think it was only uk who got everything and india got nothing out of it??? are you atleast ready to accept that what india is today is only because of the british else we would have only be under the rule of some persian king still fighting for food.....

the torture was not brought upon our indian people by uk, it was by indians only, you did not have the courage to join hands with your brothers when the muhals invaded, you joined hands with the muhals to defeat your own brothers, fathers and friends.. and today you are crying about britain??? forget about the past, are you able live peacefully with your fellow men today??? you show some reason or the other and dominate them...
