For The Corrupt (congress) Party all its members are clean, honest and straight forward. Even if they are caught they go scot free after prolonged investigastions for years. CBI is controlled. CBI is used to pessurise/blackmail for their support to cling to power. Mr. Clean is no exception. He has never faced the voters but entered Parliament through back door (elected to Rajya Sabha). HE SHOULD QUIT HONERABLY if he has any sense of pride.
Coal scam happened due to Left parties as they opposed the amendment saying an open tender would benefit foreign companies when they were in UPA-I.CAGs reports have to be taken with a pinch of salt.

and what puppet was doing ? just filling his madam's pocket to make her world's 4th richest by these scams ?
We have so many agencies to find scam and we don't have any agency to prevent scam happening. It only benefits TV channels, political parties etc to get their benefits and do better business. Instead of regretting later for scasm etc., why can't we have team of members from specialised areas to wet any order before it is put in to action. Our supreme court can go for capital punishment in 2 or 3 cases without any argument and prolonging issues. Ofcourse, out of 3 judgement 1 may not be at fault and he may be punished. Doesn't matter. To get independence for this country so many people sacrificed their life. Hence, 1 or 2 politicians if given capital punishment for betterment of rest of the 1.2 billion people doesn't matter. Atleast fear of corruptions and scam will come. Today, no politician, businessman, general public don't have any fear. Fear of punishment has to come.
Undervaluation does not amount to a scam. And CAG is not the final authority on valuations. Scam is giving out out of turn petrol pumps to people merely on the basis of their association to a minister or leader as done by Vajpayee and his cronies during NDA (mis) rule !
Excuse me, but I think that CAG is making a mistake since in every deal they find a fault. The prices at the time of allotment may be correct, but if you correlate with the present prices, it is a blunder. Three years back I sold my flat for Rs.32 lacs when it was marketed for around 29 to 30 lacs but today you cannot get the same for Rs.55 lacs. Have I made a mistake? N.
