I think the problem can be reduced if it is mixed with other fertilizers before selling and pure should be only packed in containers.Why import as it can be is easily produced in India
This article provides lot of information but it is written in such a way that it gives impression as if most of AN is used for some sort of explosion (such as mining and road clearning) and hence it is necessary to control it. In reality large percentage of 700,000 tonnes of AN is used as fertiliser and a very small percentage is used for some sort of explosive purpose. Terrorists and Naxalites only need 6 kg of AN which is 0.0000000008% of total consumption. Adding controls along the way will result into unnecessary cost increase for farmers who buy AN in tonnes.

50000 ppl took permission from state govt for rally who gave permission blindly without taking any caution and knowing what for the rally is being called is total failure of state govt. The police should have shot all 50000 illegal immigrants on spot. What difference it makes. the production of pigiis is so huge next day sight vl be 1lacs. Such government should immediately resign.
