Leaders like Owisi, money from OIC and ISI. Govt needs to bring in uniform civil law, stop appeasement,stop the money flow for madraasas, keep a tab on SIMI, IM and other institutions , throw out illegal Pakis and Bangladesis and any body who hoists the Paki flag , cheering the pakis or bangladesis.

they have no love towards the country and intolerance towards fellow citizen, rather they are more worried about their cults in some other country. and more importantly their belief tht "Izlam is in danger"
Goverment of India to Improve following- 1)-Governance. 2)-Implement Law of Land. 3)-Punish the person if he has broken the law. 4)- Politicians not to Interfere in Police departments.Let police do their job. 5)-No Laws to be made as per the community/religion. Only Law of Indian state to be followed. 6)-Co-operate with friendly countries for the feed back on terrorism emitting from neighbouring countries.Countries like USA are Technically very much advanced. 7)- Take the case of countries where governance is the top priority and the results it has produced in the progress.ie Singapore.
