state government is hand in glove with these organisations and most of the politicians have link with the dons and goons belonging to minority community. Without their assurance, periodic violence and terror attacks cannot happen. If not, the security and intelligence is hopeless and needs immediate refurbishing/cleansing.
Not only in Mumbai, in almost all major cities, these Rowdy elements belonging to Minority and SCs are in good books of politicians and businessmen and always indulge in such criminal activities when their boss sense trouble for themselves.

the securities are helpless as they cannot punish the arosonists since they belong to minority and SCs and if done, Human Right Commission steps in immediately to relieve them.

It could be. We must be impartial as a responsible citizens. Governement & law will take its own course of action.We should not draw conclusions & blame only minorities.

When Shiv-sainik does this every now and then in mumbai they are patriots; who knows this might have been crafted violence by them only as they are expert with this atleast in mumbai.

I completely agree.No one should blame minorities for such rare incidents.It could be the work of hindu terrorists also.
