MODI VS NITISH
by lalit on Aug 11, 2012 12:12 PM  | Hide replies

Bihar is developing not developed still there are lot of challenges infront of Nitish who is aspiring for PM and leaving Bihar Growth midway.
He is selfish & Dual Face. We welcomed Modi many times & taken help for flood area but later on taken u turn to appease Muslims

He need to do better administration and need to control crime. then focus to develop industrial environment. these will take years to reach developed state leauge.

In 2001 Gujrat suffered earthquake where more 20000 lost lives, 4 lakhs people become homless and huge industrial Loss happened and after year in 2002 Gujrat suffered roits and turbulance which has taken Gujrat economy out of control. Narendra Modi has taken toll of both Tragedy and made Gujrat Strongest State in India.

Modi have lot of Supporter like shiv Sena who is going to rule in Mahrashtra in next Election, Jaya lalita, Navin Patnayak, and so many Well Wisher in BJP.

Nov 12 Election in Gujrat will be turning Point of India History as Narendra modi will be selected again CM and will become strong contender of PM Post. It will be slap those are talking Secularism. Congress will have no face and no agenda to counter Narendra modi.

all regional Parties will admit the fact that Narendra modi is strong leader won in odds. NDA will get Majority and most of regional parties will support Narendra modi post Gujrat victory.

Nitish is no comparison to Modi. Modi is a super achiever and all others can only dream to match upto him. Congress can never match Modi's TECHNOLOGY in politics. Modwadia can only cry on the shoulders of Rahul & Sonia after next election.

With adspend of Rs 200-500 cr, Modi's election PR blitz leaves Co
by Hebbar R on Aug 11, 2012 11:47 AM

In the last elections in Gujarat, the PM himself (a supposed Economist of repute) offered free power to farmers. Yet, the his party lost badly. Now, the same PM's party is planning to offer Mobile Phones to a large section of society. While his party is busy doing this, his Govt has been taxing people tremondously in the name of reducing subsidies. In English this is called HYPOCRACY!!! The Congress may call it anything else!!!

There is nothing here that suggests that Modi is using negative methods for campaigning. But, the same cannot be said of the other party, which is covertly using BJP rebels for its own political gain not realising that the last time it tried the same thing, it burnt its fingers.

Is BJP different?
by Neetiman Kumar on Aug 11, 2012 11:38 AM  | Hide replies

BJP hopes to capture power again, mainly on the plank of corruption by Congress.

But are they any good?

a) Gujarat has given sanction, as per directions of High Court, to prosecute one of the ministers of Modi

b) Ch'garh CM Raman Singh is being chargesheeted for corruption.

c) MP CM Chauhan's son is involved in land grabbing and forceful eviction of poor people.

d) About Karnataka, the less said the better.

e) In U'khand BJP had to change the then corrupt CM to face the elections.

Where is the difference between Congress & BJP?

The BJP appears to have done less corruption, only because they got lesser opportunity than Congress to loot the country. But they are equally capable to loot, if not more, given the chance.

People already know this. So they still prefer the known devil than the unknown one.

There is little chance for Modi to become PM.

The difference is that many in the BJP have been chargsheeted and many have been sacked from their respective posts. Unfortunately that is the best that the flawed political system is made to offer.

Yes, the Congress is the most corrupt. But is BJP the alternative?

The best scenario, as of now, is that the NDA get majority and Nitish Kumar becomes the PM.

No chance of Nitish Kumar becoming PM. He will spoil India more because of his secularist attitude.

NDA's PM
by Neetiman Kumar on Aug 11, 2012 11:13 AM  | Hide replies

May NDA win the next elections and Nitish be the PM, because-

Modi, by being a successful CM, is automatically projected as the future PM, with the hope that he will do equally good as PM.

If that is the only criteria, the same holds true for Nitish as well. In many aspects, he is a more, mature and intelligent politiian than Modi.

But, if you analyse impartially, what is the real reason behind Modi's popularity? His handling of the Gujarat riots and teaching the Muslims a lesson. That's his biggest drawback also, as it will keep the moderate Hindus outside Gujarat away from him. For this reason, the BJP cannot project him as their PM candidate before the election.

After the election, well, the scenario is unpredictable, but the allies of BJP will not support Modi for the fear of losing Muslim vote bank in the long term. So BJP will have to find an alternative PM to keep the NDA flock together.
