Thans madam for visiting. These officials are impossible to contact in USA. I have no clue what they do in USA, we could never succede in getting even a counsel general to visit a city Indian organization. The visas etc are in fact out sourced. At least the ambssidor being not available. None of the officials can be contacted for any purpose. I clue less what these Indian offices in USA do!
