All politicians and bureacrats are immune to the judiciary or the legal system in India. They will come out clean as other have been so far and then again come to power sooner than later to mow the country!
These people will go scotfree. No power on India be they political irrespective of party label) judiciary can touch them. They can delay the process of judicial action by filing one after the other writs and the whole issue will be forgotten. If the Government is sincere their illgotten wealth should be confiscated.

Bellari was already exploited before Reddy's. Just that due to the China's olympic hosting Reddy's made the money instead of the regular Congi fellas. And this made the Congi's eyes red. So they left the CBI dogs behind the Reddy's. Bellari was being looted for the last 30 years, and infact the Lokayukta report has mentioned the names of SM Krishna and DharamSingh as well, who were during the Congress regime in 2002.Pity the Reddy's they did not know how to mine and keep the papers safe like the Congress/ JDS have been doing for years!
