They are fraudsters,dude, there are hundreds of fraudsters in cyber space,beware of looters and dacoits too like indian dynastic party looters!
nowadays u can get info abt any univ in the world in minutes online... so most of these students knew wat they were doing first reason is that such univs allow to work right after enrolling. like OPT (which should be done only after graduating). like tri valley which lets students earn money unlike limited time n restrictions on f1 visa.. 2nd reason is that there is no minimum score to enrol and only one has to give the exam like gre gmat etc and can get even lowest score and be eligible.. n also no letters of reg, eassys, SOP etc to enrol.. just pay n get in so many students who can't crack other univs find this easy way of entering US esp with dubious n poor credentials..in india
