In the whole ministry only PC and Anand Sharma are visibly performing. Veerapa is not a performer. An advocate will have to struggle to know Power sector working. We need many Engineers,Doctors,CAs apart from Advocates in politics with strong sense of professional working like corporates with business and economics sense. PM is not having enough wizards to do the job and olden type management will not work now.

You are wrong!! PC is best in corrouption. So granted finance. Who else will fit in?
Mr. Raman you spent a lot of time in writing some useless article. PC was shunted out of finace because of problem with congress highcomand and now he has been taken back because congress high command wants some favour. All tehse changes are at teh wish of sonia, congress high comand and not with any iota of idea for improving Indian situations.

You are partly write, but wrong in the sense that congress wants make hay while there is a sun shine. PC is the only person who can help them. Why shouln't they put him back on finance ministry.
This Sonia Gandhi good for nothing politician will now cause bigger mess after plunging entire NE to darkness.The reward for such a great feat is Home Ministry of country which is a clear indication of how the family occupying 10janpath treat the security of nation.

It is by the same presidence that PC was awarded Home Ministry after 2G scam. He couldn't do much as HM, so back to pevilion. Now sonia is expecting bigger thing from Shinde.. Let's wait and watch.
A very good analysis. Unfortunately, we have very few people in the union ministry having the same level of intellectual competence as that of Chidambaram. Chidambaram will be sorely missed by the home ministry. We need one of the younger ones like pilot, scindia or prasada to be groomed for the no. 2 post in MHA with direct reporting to PM.
