AS far as the world knows the USA has been funding pakistan for more than 3 decades now, so there is more than one generation of pakistanis who owe their education and money to the USA.
Without the USA money pakistani economy would collapse and it will become a armed nuclear terror state.
Without the USA money there wont be any osama or his organization because not just donation money to pakistan but most of money from oil sales comes from the USA.
Normal humans would be grateful to the donors, here in pakistan we find the recipients hating the donors.

Meaning USA purchases lots of oil from gulf states of which osama was a citizen so he got a lot of his wealth from there.
The youths in the USA who have turnedterrorists want free food and luxuries without having to work like theterrorists in Pakisthan or Afghanisthan. The expect the American government to give millions of dollars as aid to them and not ask for anything in return. This has been their attitude and culture throughout. Not surprising

what he means is that lot of money in pakistan and taliban was coming from the USA which used them against USSR in afghanistan.
